At Challock School, pupils have the opportunity to learn an array of musical instruments via our wonderful peripatetic teachers.
Currently we offer:
Sessions can be arranged in groups or individually, and are available throughout the school day. For more information on prices and availability please contact the School Office.
The Violin Project
We also run a 'Violin Project' in Class 3. This enables each child to learn the violin free of charge for the academic year. Pupils are taught each week in class by a teacher from 'Make Time for Music'; and take their Violin home after the first term to practice at home too.
Reception and Year 1 Pupils are visited each week by a music teacher who specialises in 'Kinder-Music'. This is a programme based on 'Learning through Music'. Classes introduce pupils to music in a fun and engaging way.
