GDPR

On the 25th May 2018, a new set of legislation called the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR came into force and is now the Data Protection Act 2018.

This now replaces the old Data Protection Act (DPA), and determines how organisations; including schools handle data, and ensures we keep it safe.

In order to comply with these new regulations we contacted all Parents, Staff & Governors to make them aware of the changes in the law, and to re confirm their preferences for their own data and that of their child.
