• World Book Day - Thursday 7th March

  We will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 7th March 2019 in the usual way by dressing up as our favourite characters from books.

   

  This will be part of our 'Book Week' - A week long celebration of books and reading.

  A HUGE thank you to everyone who bought books from our Book Fair back in October.  Your purchases added up to £700 worth of books for the school. 

   

  We cannot say how grateful we are! Here are just a small selection of what we have ordered.

   

  Books are such an amazing resource for the children and with so many new titles to choose from we hope to encourage reading for life!

  If you would like your child to join in with our Christmas Lunch this year, please send in your slip to book.

   

  If your child normally has school dinner every day, you do not need to book.

   

  Lunch is still free for Infants and those who receive FSM.

  A251 BUCK ST / FAVERSHAM RD

   

  A burst water main / collapsed road has caused closure of the main road near to the 'White Hill' turning.

   

  We have contacted Kent Highways & South West Water for more information and they have assured us they will notify us as soon as there is more information.

   

  We suggest you allow PLENTY OF TIME for your journey to and from school.

   

  We recommend travelling via Charing or Chilham   

  

• NHS Flu Vaccination Programme Year R to Year 5

  Today all the children in Year R through to Year 5 will be bringing home a form to opt in or out of this year's Flu Vaccination (nasal spray) Programme.

• Jeans for Genes

  We raised an amazing £198 this term for the Jeans for Genes charity.  It is heart warming that our children got involved in this event, and raised so much for this great cause.
